92 – ASN in geo and baker’s choice in alg

I typed up these 16 statements from the geometry textbook for kids to work in groups and determine if each statement is Always, Sometimes, or Never True. It’s so lovely to hear the discussions among kids with these ASN activities.

My algebra students are just starting the “Baker’s Choice” Linear-Programming activity. I asked them to write down all the information they would need from the handout onto their journals in such a way it’s organized and easy to retrieve — this was an eye-opener for me. It’s very interesting to me how kids “took notes” on this lesson.
